Refund Policy

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Digital products/services that have not been accessed or downloaded

  • Physical products that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Subscription services cancelled within the first 14 days (EU cooling-off period compliance)

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from description

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Services that have been fully performed

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

3. REFUND PROCESS

How to Request:

  2. Provide order number, purchase date, and reason for refund

  3. For physical products, return items to our address above

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-14 business days

  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

4. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Products returned not in original condition

  • Products missing parts or accessories

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refund for current billing period

  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds available if cancelled within first 30 days

  • EU customers have 14-day cooling-off period with full refund rights

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
