REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date under the following conditions:
Digital products/services that have not been accessed or downloaded
Physical products that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Subscription services cancelled within the first 14 days (EU cooling-off period compliance)
Products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from description
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used
Customized or personalized products
Services that have been fully performed
Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
REFUND PROCESS
How to Request:

Provide order number, purchase date, and reason for refund
For physical products, return items to our address above
Processing Time:
Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-14 business days
Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued for:
Products returned not in original condition
Products missing parts or accessories
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refund for current billing period
Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds available if cancelled within first 30 days
EU customers have 14-day cooling-off period with full refund rights
